We have a wealth of knowledge and prepared to share this information, making suggestions for good ingredients and food. We do this by doing a menu and recipe audit at a nominal price. A report shows recommendations that can include adding safe healthful foods to compliment a main course flavor mix. Usually the recommendations we make will improve the flavor, texture and mouth feel of a dish. The dish being either an entree or dessert and we make recommendations for complimentary dishes to your menu.  All recommendations are tested with your team before implemented.  We can work with your team as a coach during the implementation phase.

We show you how to incorporate new and healthful ingredients in most of the items on your menus, with a focus to maintain and or improve the quality for all customers, including those with food allergies, health challenges and diseases.
